Shipping

Can I correct my address or update my order?

Address correction: Customers must ensure their address details are correct before placing an order. To update the shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at hello@mdaire.com with your order number and the correct address. Once shipped, changes cannot be made. If the order is delivered to the incorrect address, no refund will be provided. Returned packages may result in a refund minus shipping costs.

Order correction: If you need to modify an order after placing it, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at hello@mdaire.com. After an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or text containing a link to your tracking information.

If you have lost the email or text and/or have further questions, please contact us at hello@mdaire.com with your order number so we can assist you.

How quickly will you ship out my order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, provided all items are in stock and payment is verified.

Please note: MDAiRE Skincare doesn't process orders during holidays or weekends. Shipping and processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand periods. Thank you for your patience.

Tip for large buildings or complexes

If you live in a high-rise, apartment, or multi-unit complex, we recommend choosing Express Shipping. Express carriers like DHL often deliver directly to your door, whereas standard shipping via USPS may be left in a central mail area or parcel room, which can increase the risk of lost or stolen packages.

To ensure smooth delivery, consider: Knowing the location of your building’s parcel lockers or mailroom and/or notifying your doorman or building staff of an incoming package.

What about lost or missing packages?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. We strongly encourage selecting Shipping Protection in your cart before checkout. This optional coverage protects against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, including packages marked as "lost in transit."

If Shipping Protection was added to your order, our team can file a claim on your behalf to request a refund or replacement from the courier or insurer. All claims are subject to review and approval by the courier or insurance provider; reimbursement is not guaranteed.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please reach out to the courier first. Wait at least 3 business days after the package is marked as lost or delivered before contacting us.

MDAiRE is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" but lost, stolen, or misdelivered unless Shipping Protection was purchased. MDAiRE is also not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What are the shipping options?

An order processing time of 1–2 business days applies before shipping. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. MDAiRE Skincare is not responsible for any carrier delays that result in extended delivery times.

  • Standard (Domestic): $10.00 — estimated delivery 3–7 business days.
  • Express (Domestic): $19.99 flat rate — estimated 3–4 business days depending on location.
  • International orders: Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country —  estimated delivery 7–30 business days.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We also deliver to many international destinations.

Returns

How do I initiate a return?

Email hello@mdaire.com with your email and order number. We'll issue a return authorization and label. You have 10 days from authorization to ship the item back.

How long will my refund take?

Allow up to 7 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center. You will receive an email notification when your refund is issued.

Refunds exclude original shipping & handling, restocking fees, and return shipping costs.

My product was delivered damaged. What now?

If you receive damaged or defective products, we are happy to issue a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service at hello@mdaire.com so we can resolve this for you promptly. Please have your order number, a description of the damage, and a picture or video to share with our team.

We recommend checking each item once your order arrives to make sure it wasn't damaged during shipping.

My skin may be reacting to a product — can I return it?

Everyone's skin is unique, and reactions to new products can happen, especially when introducing active ingredients. Redness, dryness, tingling, acne, or breakouts can be typical as your skin adjusts, especially during cellular turnover or when impurities are brought to the surface.

Please ensure you're using the product as directed and check for compatibility with other products in your routine. Reading the ingredient list can also help identify potential sensitivities. All of our products are formulated with non-comedogenic ingredients and are generally suitable for all skin types.

While we do not accept returns on used products, we're here to help! Contact us at hello@mdaire.com to troubleshoot and find the best solution for your skin.

What items are eligible for return?

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

  • We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the mdaire.com website. For products purchased from our authorized partners, please contact them directly regarding your return.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned unaltered or damaged. If you received a free gift with purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.
  • MDAIRE is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
  • Returns that do not meet all policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping & handling, restocking fees, and return shipping costs.
  • International purchases are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Discounts & Promotions

Are discounts retroactive?

We're unable to apply discounts retroactively. This includes orders placed just before a promotional period begins or after it has ended. To make the most of our deals, we recommend keeping an eye on our website and marketing materials for upcoming promotions.

Do promotions apply to subscription purchases?

Some promotions are exclusive to one-time purchases and may not apply to subscription-based purchases. Details are typically outlined on our website and in our marketing materials. Many of our discount codes are deactivated during promotional times.

Where can I find information about current promotions?

Products

Can I use MDAiRE during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend RXR Retinol Serum during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For other products, please consult your physician.

How do I layer products under makeup or sunscreen without pilling?

To help avoid pilling, allow each product a moment to absorb before applying the next, and layer from thinnest to thickest texture. Use moderate amounts, gently pat products into the skin instead of rubbing, and exfoliate regularly to keep skin smooth. Temperature and humidity can also affect layering, so you may need to adjust application as needed.

How many pumps are in each bottle?

Pump counts are approximate and may vary slightly depending on individual usage technique and storage conditions.

  • All Minis and the ECM Eye Complex 15ml: 50-55 pumps
  • Vitamin C-FK Complex and RXR Retinol Anti-Aging Serum 30 ml: 100-110 pumps
  • Neck Tyte-R and NMF Hydrator Barrier Repair 50ml: 170-180 pumps
  • Bio-Cleanse 5.5 Facewash: 800-850 pumps
Is flaking or irritation normal when starting a retinol?

Microencapsulated RXR Retinol minimizes irritation. Introduce slowly and pair with a gentle hydrator. Every skin reacts differently to retinol — the first step is to introduce it into your routine slowly and to make sure you're using a skin-barrier strengthening hydrator. Slowly increase your usage until you find a schedule that works for you.

What to Expect When Introducing New Products?

All MDAiRE products are cruelty-free and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrance. We recommend introducing new products gradually and following all usage directions provided.

Please note that individual skin responses may vary. When incorporating new products, particularly those containing active ingredients, it is common to experience temporary redness, dryness, mild tingling, or small bumps as the skin acclimates. These are typical signs of skin adjustment and generally subside with continued use.

Many MDAiRE formulations are designed to support cellular turnover, draw out impurities, and renew the skin’s surface. As a result, some users may experience initial sensitivity or breakouts that resolve over time with consistent application.

If irritation persists, discontinue use and review your application method or frequency. You may need to introduce products more slowly or adjust your regimen.

Where can I find ingredient lists?

Each product page includes a full ingredient list, "How to Use" instructions, and key benefits.

Why does my Vitamin C change color over time?

It's completely normal for our Vitamin C-FK to change color over time. The serum starts clear and gradually darkens as the L-ascorbic acid naturally oxidizes. This color change is expected and does not affect its performance until it becomes a dark brown (similar to the color of a sunless tanner). At that point, it's best to discard the product, as it's no longer fully effective.

All of our bottles and boxes include expiration dates, and we recommend discarding Vitamin C-FK within four months of opening. This ensures maximum potency, as daily use exposes the serum to small amounts of air over time.

How do I manage my subscription?
  1. Go to Subscriptions and click "Manage your subscriptions."
  2. Log in to your account with the email you placed the order under. You will receive a code by email (check your spam folder) or text.
  3. Click "View and manage order."
  • You can choose to send the order early by “Send Now”, you can reschedule when the order ships by choosing “More Actions” then choose “Reschedule” or “Skip”. 
  • For address and payment information scroll down to “Order details”.
  • If you would like to change only one item, you can click on that product on the main subscription page, and “Swap for a different product” or change the “frequency” for that particular item.

What is Subscribe & Save?

All Subscribe & Save orders are discounted by 10%. You will receive the same product automatically at your chosen frequency. Will my payment information be stored?

Yes, payment details are securely stored and charged automatically for each delivery based on the date and frequency you choose. Our customer service team doesn't have access to your payment information — you will need to log in to your account to update payment information.

Yes — Beauty Bucks (credits) expire 6 months after they're earned if not used. We encourage you to treat yourself and redeem them toward your next subscription shipment before they expire. Your credits will be automatically applied as long as your next subscription ships within 6 months.

How do I redeem my points or credit?

If you don't yet have a subscription, you'll need to purchase one — the credit will automatically apply toward your next shipment once your subscription is active.

For Subscribe & Save customers, your credit will be automatically applied to your next subscription order.

What are Beauty Bucks & Rewards?

Every purchase earns Beauty Bucks, a credit that can be applied toward future subscription orders. If you don't yet have a subscription, your Beauty Bucks will accumulate and be ready to use once you join Subscribe & Save. The credit will automatically apply toward your next shipment once your subscription is active.
